Seeking a proactive professional for the role of Senior Executive Accounts & Finance to handle import/export documentation, LC, banking operations, ERP (SAP), EFS/ERF, payments, reporting, and vendor coordination.
Responsibilities
- EFS/ERF documentation for draw downs and subsequent retirement documents to bank
- LC preparation including arrangement of insurance cover notes
- Advance payment processing and documentation
- ERP SAP knowledge for PO preparations
- Daily bank position preparation and monitoring
- Stock and receivables report preparation
- Insurance policy tracking and renewal management
- Project management for import-based machinery
- Rate negotiation and coordination with banks
- Local cotton season operations including PO generation, GRN follow-up, A/P down payment requests, and vendor/ginner record maintenance
