Job Summary:
We are seeking a detailed and people-oriented Senior Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the department's administration (including virtual roster administration) and training related matters. You'll play a key role in ensuring the department complies with all administration, training and regulatory requirements as well as timely processing of Team Members' overtime for payroll extraction.
Key Responsibilities: Department Training Administration Liaise with training vendors for appropriate training to meet FME training needs. Registration, enrolment, scheduling and venue booking (if conducted in RWS) for identified courses Obtaining quotations and payment processing for training Manage FME Learning Management System (LMS) Other adhoc administrative support as required
Virtual Roster (payroll system) Administration Need to work on every Mon, 1st & 15th of the month for virtual roster processing ...
