Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Merchant Technical Support
Reporting to the Manager, Singapore, this role offers an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e‑Commerce payment solutions. You will lead payment gateway integrations, provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions, and maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders locally and regionally, including business partners, third‑party vendors, and development teams, to design and deliver IT solutions that enable the e‑Commerce business unit to achieve results.
Merchant Support primary responsibilities include:
- Support business development efforts during pre‑sales, implementation, and post‑sales support by providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.
