Opalbuys is seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Executive Assistant to serve as the strategic right-hand to our leadership. We are a lean, high-impact team , which means there is no room for just a scheduler. We need a force multiplier who thrives in a small-team environment and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.
This role is for a technical operator —someone who doesn't just use tools, but builds them. You should have a deep curiosity for AI and emerging technology , using it to automate workflows and develop custom AI-driven solutions that keep our lean team punchy and efficient.
