This role provides comprehensive support to clinician scientists and innovators within NHG Health across key areas of career development and professional growth. The primary objectives are to enhance grant application success through structured review processes and expert mentorship, elevate research visibility through strategic content management and publicity initiatives, and strengthen the clinician scientist community through targeted engagement activities. The position enables effective coordination of support services that advance research excellence and foster collaboration within the NHG Health ecosystem.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide comprehensive national grant/talent award pre‑application support to enhance the quality and competitiveness of submissions from NHG Health clinicians (e.g., IGRP, mock interviews).
