Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, mentorship and guidance to the team
- Take charge of multiple projects / teams and be responsible of the overall operations
- Manage customers’ feedbacks, develop effective relationships, and maintain high quality service standards to all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure proper site management and control, inclusive but not limited to work efficiency, safety and cleanliness
- Evaluate and review manpower and material allocation
- Manage the performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of works and materials
- Monitor and control maintenance’s cost by taking proactive measures to prevent costs overruns
- Assist QSD Manager in ensuring proper documentation and archiving of records in line with company’s ISO system.
