Responsibilities:
- Lead a team efficiently in supervisingall aspects ofcarparksystemsand support, including reconciliation of seasons / hourly payments, budgeting, arrears management, and reporting.
- Liaise regularly with the Operations team, relevant authorities, and tenants to handle their requirements effectively.
- Manage vendors / service providers well to achieve service excellence.
- Maintain proper documentation of work processes; Monitor and maintain all assets under inventory and control, as well as maintenance contracts and agreements.
- Perform systems auditand ensure technical team comply with companypoliciesand contractual terms.
- Manage budgeting and conduct cost reviews for carpark related expenses.
