Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Assist the Chief Information Officer (CIO) to plan, develop, implement and oversee company’s IT initiatives and projects;
- Assist the CIO to monitor the IT department;
- Assist the CIO to develop the business case for the company’s strategic planning including whitepapers, financial analysis, presentations and Board papers;
- Monitoring of budgetary control, forecast, risk matrix and margin analysis;
- Assist the CIO to review financial statements, reports and other performance data to gauge productivity and achieve daily, weekly and monthly objectives;
- Assist the CIO in implementing and improving current IT policies and processes;
- Assist the CIO in providing consultancy on Group functions initiatives and activities;
- Communicate to various clients and stakeholders as needed;
- Assist the CIO with Project Management activities.
