Job Description
To be responsible in ensuring effective cost tracking, contract compliance, and financial management to optimize project expenditures. The incumbent will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement cost control measures that align with the company’s objectives.
Job Accountabilities / Key Result Area
- Assist in developing and monitoring project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
- Support the preparation of cost breakdowns, variance reports, and budget reviews.
- Track and highlight any cost deviations, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
Contract Administration
- Maintain and update records of all contract statuses, including Approved Contract Value (ACV), for all projects and services, ensuring full compliance with contractual obligations.
