Responsibilities - Build and maintain long-term relationships with leasing clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all service needs.
- Proactively assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and implement solutions to enhance service experiences.
- Ensure seamless service delivery, including timely vehicle maintenance and adherence to customer service standards tailored to the leasing business.
- Conduct surveys and present findings to guide service enhancement strategies.
- Lead initiatives like loyalty programs, appreciation events, and customer engagement programs to foster client loyalty and community building.
- Provide training and coaching to staff on customer service standards, effective communication, and problem-solving techniques.
