Senior Executive Customer Service Logistics
JOB PURPOSE
To improve service level, attempt to build stronger relationship with the customers and provide higher customer satisfaction at all levels.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
To handle costing and billing for shipments
Prepare e-payments and/or yellow vouchers for payments to the shipping liners/co-loaders for D/O collection
Update customers on the status to their shipments via email
Resolve customers’ queries by determining the cause of the problem and providing the best solution to solve the issue
Coordinating with Operations and Sales to meet customers’ needs
Responsible to service and building repo with existing customer assigned by Management and further develop new trade lane
Update shipment milestones in Value+
Billing, costing and document sorting before send to the customers
Filing of documents into the cloud
