Job Description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
● Support the execution and daily management of eCommerce platforms, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
● Manage and update website and app content, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with ongoing campaigns, promotions, and merchandising strategies.
● Plan, execute, and optimize online campaigns to promote products and drive online sales across digital platforms.
● Coordinate with branding, creative, communications, production, IT, and other teams for campaign and platform requirements.
● Monitor platform performance using analytics tools and provide insights to improve engagement and conversions.
● Assist in managing vendors and third-party partners as needed.
● Contribute to continuous process improvements and platform enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
