Job Description
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline At least 5 years relevant experience in property development Must be able to work with the senior management team to strategize, develop and market products and services that meet market requirements and generate business growth leading to fulfillment of the company's development plans and objectives Must possess in-depth knowledge of conducting market research and developing marketing and sales strategies Self-motivated, mature with sound judgment and leadership skills to manage, lead and guide a team of sales and marketing staff Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
