How you’ll make an impact
- Manage end-to-end administration of training programmes, including registrations, pre-course arrangements, in-class support, and post-course follow-up.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, trainers, and external training partners to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Monitor course enrolment and attendance, and follow up on registrations, confirmations, and participant communications.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including attendance, assessment results, and course documentation, in compliance with organisational requirements.
