Job Description
Senior Executive - Finance & Administration
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and general ledger.
Prepare monthly management reports, forecasts and budgets.
Manage tax estimates, withholding tax and statutory schedules.
Handle bank payments, collections, reconciliations and fixed assets.
Liaise with auditors and tax agents.
Support insurance renewal and general administrative matters.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or CA is an advantage.
- Experience in the property development industry.
- Good knowledge of MFRS 15, MFRS 16, local tax and statutory compliance.
- Able to work independently, communicate well and take initiative.
