Position Overview This Finance Analyst plays the role of portfolio and institution level Business Finance Analyst, who provides overall financial data monitoring and reporting of IT spent related to all IT projects, IT operating and IT manpower cost by portfolio and institution. The candidate will be working closely with various IT teams, finance and institution finance and material management departments as key role in providing analysis reports to stakeholders (MOH, cluster finance, institution finance and Synapxe project management and review office). The candidate will ensure thorough tracking and processing of invoice from validation till payment and claims back from funders in a timely manner.
