The Role
This position is part of our Grants and Project Management team, providing a blend of operational and scientific support. It involves contributing to a diverse portfolio of grants and projects, tracking their scientific and financial health, while supporting the refinement of internal administrative workflows and reporting templates.
Responsibilities- Assist in the end-to-end administration of grants and projects. This includes review, process and consolidate grant claims requests; monitor budgets and expenditures, and handle budget variations for grants and projects; perform data collation, milestone tracking, grant claims submission, and project invoicing; preparation and submission of progress and closing reports.
- Support the grant and project proposal process, including the development and finalization of scientific proposals, preparation of slide decks or similar documentation, drafting and finalization of research‑related agreements. ...
