Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized HRSenior Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, compensation reviews, and staff development.
- Administer HR operations, including employee records, leave management, claims, monthly payroll processing (including annual AWS payouts), CPF submissions, statutory reporting, audits, manpower budgeting, and HR reporting.
- Foster employee engagement and a positive workplace culture through staff communications, employee relations, wellness initiatives, and team activities.
