Job Description
Key Responsibilities
a) Retail Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Retail Sales Operations across assigned regions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies with quality candidates in line with business needs and hiring timelines.
b) Stakeholder Management & Team Support
- Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to provide recruitment advisory and market insights.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to junior recruitment team members where required.
