What you'll own
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Own end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and compliance with precision
- Drive employee engagement and people operations initiatives
HRIS & Digital HR Systems
- Administer leave, claims, attendance, and HRIS platforms
- Ensure data accuracy and HR system compliance across tools
