Senior HR Executive
Job Purpose
To support and drive end-to-end recruitment and HR operations with a strong focus on talent acquisition, work pass processing, employment contracts, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder management across entities. The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment operations, employee documentation, HR compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, referrals, and direct sourcing channels.
