Job Description
Senior Executive (Infrastructure), Computer Centre
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the computer centre, ensuring systems are functioning properly.
- Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN).
- Enforce security frameworks, manage firewalls and endpoint protection, and conduct vulnerability assessments.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and security settings.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support.
- Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
