- Provide support for hardware, software to end user.

Infrastructure & Systems
- Maintain and monitor Wi-Fi, firewall, switches, and VPN connections
- Manage endpoint security, patching, and updates
- Oversee IP phone systems, ensuring availability and quality
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation of systems, processes
- Support and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN connectivity, and firewall configurations
- Ensure cybersecurity best practices are followed across all endpoints.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the IT department.
