Job Description IT Procurement & Asset Management Job Responsibilities
- Facilitate the oversight of IT procurement of hardware, software, and professional services, ensuring strategies are aligned with the Bank's strategies and objectives. * Support collaboration with Compliance, Audit, and Quality teams to ensure procurement activities are fair, transparent, and compliant with Bank policies. * Facilitate the IT project teams in defining sourcing strategies, identify potential vendors, and prepare for commercial negotiations to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency. * Assist in managing the IT asset life-cycle, including policy implementation, reporting, and monitoring risk and cost, to ensure optimal performance and compliance. * Support monitoring and analysis of procurement spend and depreciation trends, recommending solutions to drive efficiency and savings. * Prepare procurement updates and documentation for management reporting.
