Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential location for opening of new outlets
- Conduct feasibility study & research on potential location
- Recommend potential outlets to internal stakeholders
- Ensure current leases are negotiated and executed on time and within budget
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, project team and finance team.
- Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and landlords.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the F&B or Retail industry would be a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets.
- Good knowledge of local real estate legislation and regulations
- Extensive network of commercial properties that are available for lease and/or sale
