Job Title: Senior Legal Executive
Department: Corporate Affairs (Legal)
Location: Kuala Lumpur (with travel to/from Johor Bahru as required)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Corporate Affairs (Legal, KL Office)
Additional Reporting: General Manager, Corporate Affairs Division
Entity: JLG Services (JLGS), serving the internal and external clients of JLGS including JLG Group
Job Purpose / Scope: To provide comprehensive legal support across JLGS clients including JLG Group, ensuring legal compliance, risk mitigation, and strategic legal advisory. The role supports both operational and corporate matters, including contracts, litigation, corporate exercises, and governance, contributing to the Group’s legal integrity and business objectives.
