The Role
This position will be leading and managing the leasing team to maximise occupancy for the Logistics Real Estate portfolio in Malaysia.
Job Responsibilities
- Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company’s logistics portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Negotiation of tenancy clauses.
- Seek management approval for renewal and new tenancies.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Managing tenancy related issues, compiling occupancy and rental reports and other related lease management functions including but not limited to budgeting.
