Responsibilities
- Oversees daily operations, maintenance, and safety of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) to ensure compliance with standards and budget, typically leading a team and managing vendors.
- Drive strategic facility goals, optimize space utilization, manage renovations, and coordinate facility services.
- Assist the team in overseeing general and emergency repair and maintenance works for the M&E services installation executed within an acceptable timeframe.
- Ensure minimum downtime of M&E services installation.
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance on the M&E services installation.
- Supervising and coordinate contractors on any M&E works, repair, maintenance, upgrading works.
- Conduct regular inspections of the M&E services installation.
- Ensure accurate records are kept for M&E services installation, accordance with ISO requirement.
