Responsibilities
- Assist in design process through conceptual design, schematic design and detail design for residential and commercial property developments.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure designs meet design guidelines, market needs and cost considerations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirement and authority guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to facilitate drawing and detail for marketing collateral and SPA for product launching.
- Assist in project handover including in CCC inspection process until issuance of Borang F and VP.
Statutory Approvals & Authority Liaison
- Assist in coordinating and preparing submissions for development approvals with relevant authorities.
- Liaison with local authorities, utility providers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and track submission progress and follow up to secure approvals within timelines.
