Job Description

Summary


Responsible for processing and updating project activities, ensuring prompt execution within established benchmarks and deadlines. Capable of proposing data-driven solutions that align with the Company's strategies.

Key Tasks 

  • Perform the process initiate by the company and Servicing Request from customer for Takaful/Life
  • Able to present data to support decisions for solutions

  • Assist superior in participating product meeting

  • Assist superior in prepare system/business requirement

  • Perform system enhancements and prepare relevant document for sign off prior, during and after UAT.

  • Assist superior to monitor the result

  • To review process and propose for automation/improvement.

  • To perform all activities achieved the reasonable quality, performance and within the agreed timeline given

  • Prepare and review of any relevant document e.g: WI, regulatory guide...
