Job Description
- Process Quick Purchasing (QP) / Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for staff with basic procurement knowledge.
- Provide administrative support, ensuring all supporting documents are in place before routing to the team for processing.
- Review online purchase requests, check against catalog items, and direct them to the appropriate channel (via Kyberlife or online purchase).
- Consolidate Pcard/Vcard purchase requests and coordinate with Finance for timely processing.
- Assist Procurement Executive in following up on missing documents and sending reminders to requestors.
- Support other administrative tasks within the procurement team as needed.
Job Requirements - Degree or Diploma in any field.
- Basic procurement experience preferred, but candidates without experience will be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fast learner, efficient, and detail-oriented.
