He/she is responsible for the purchasing of materials and services for ST Engineering businesses.
Duties and responsibilities,
Lead end-to-end procurement activities: sourcing, tendering, negotiation, contracting and purchase order management in accordance with Procurement Governance & Regulations.Identify reliable sources of supply for materials and services of require quality and quantity to be delivered on time.Carry out price analysis and conduct purchase/contract negotiation with vendors/suppliers to ensure materials/services are acquired at most competitive pricing.
