Job Description
This position is a member in the Project Development Department and assists and supports liaison/co-ordination of various relevant parties with the objective of completing projects within the stipulated contract period and budget so as to deliver quality product within cost and time constraints while ensuring statutory compliance.
The Senior Executive (Project Development) will support the Project Development Department to ensure construction is completed on time, in compliance with specifications and meet the required quality standards. This includes attending meetings and authority inspections and reviewing drawings.
The role also manages the end-to-end showflat process—from construction and inspections to handover for marketing launch, furniture sale, demolition and reinstatement of Temporary Occupation Licences (TOL).
