Job Description
Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with and provide administrative support to the Project Team for the entire project lifecycle. Collaborate with the Project Team and Head Office to discern project requirements and assign tasks to internal and external team members. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring project budgets and efficient allocation of project resources. Support the Project Manager to organize, monitor and ensure that internal and consultant deadlines are met. Report to the Project Manager on progress, issues and discuss on any matters related to the project. Assist with the procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, tracking, and coordinating the delivery of the goods within project requirements and budgets. Create, maintain and manage proper project documentation and record keeping related to projects for contract, documentation, clarification, certificate, and presentation to management.
