Customer Experience & Retail Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent customer experience across all retail branches in line with company service standards and brand guidelines.
- Monitor service quality and support initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.
Retail Execution, Campaigns & Visual Merchandising
- Plan and execute retail activations, promotional campaigns, and in-store customer engagement activities.
- Ensure effective execution of visual merchandising (VM), including product displays, promotional setups, and store layout standards.
- Work with Marketing to ensure timely and consistent rollout of campaigns across all branches.
