Job Description
You’ll be at the forefront of our risk and governance framework — working across departments and subsidiaries to protect our business value and ensure we stay prepared, compliant and future-ready.
Your core focus areas include:
- Organize half-yearly ERM workshops with GSC departments & subsidiaries
- Identify emerging risks & incidents and elevate to Management
- Monitor risk mitigation plans and compile regular ERM reports for internal and group-level stakeholders
Crisis & Business Continuity Management (CSM/BCM)
- Assist in rolling out BCM programs across the GSC Group
- Compile & update Business Impact Analysis from key units
- Coordinate BCP simulations and crisis readiness
Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA)
- Support OSHA committee meetings and training rollouts
- Help ensure our HQ complies with Malaysian OSHA regulations
