Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to ensure smooth coordination of corporate reporting, sales order processing, client servicing and general sales administration.
- Prepare and maintain corporate sales reports, performance tracking and business summaries for management review.
- Process sales orders, quotations, confirmations, invoices and related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments on booking arrangements, ticketing, billing, and operational requirements.
- Support administrative functions including filing, documentation management, contract administration and data updates.
- Handle simple sales enquiries from corporate clients, agents and business partners via email or phone.
