End-to-End Executive Recruiting
- Oversee and guide all search strategies, candidate sourcing, pipeline development, assessments, interview design, and offer negotiations for all G-level (Senior Director and above) positions.
- Act as a primary partner to senior business leaders, HRBPs, and TA leadership on all executive hiring needs.
