Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage the development programme aimed at developing undergraduate student talents
- Collaborate with colleges, schools, offices and external vendors to design and deliver training sessions and workshops for the programme
- Engage with participants and provide ongoing support throughout their journey to ensure successful completion and continued engagement with the programme community
- Identify and engage potential internal and external partners to support the long-term development and expansion of the programme
