Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for plant operations, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements while supporting workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives to meet business objectives.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, career fairs, and recruitment agencies.
