Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a talent pipeline to meet future hiring needs.
- Maintain accurate employee records, handle documentation for onboarding and off‑boarding, and ensure documentation is compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement appropriate human resources strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
