Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct and facilitate trainings such as but not limited to Orientation Programmes, Service Excellence Programmes and Food Hygiene Safety Level 1 (FHS Level 1) training and assessments in accordance with Singapore food safety regulations.
- Support the design and development of programmes to enhance employee capabilities, operational standards, and service excellence.
- Track and analyse service-related KPIs and training outcomes, and partner with stakeholders to address performance gaps.
- Plan and execute service initiatives and employee engagement activities that foster a positive and motivated workplace culture.
- Execute award submissions and recognition programmes, including supporting actions that reinforce and embed the organisation’s service culture.
