Position Summary
Beaches Sandbox Foundation is seeking a Senior Experience & Programs Coordinator to coordinate and deliver welcoming, inclusive, and well‑executed community programs, workshops, and events.
This role is responsible for day‑to‑day program operations, facilitator and participant support, and ensuring programs run smoothly from planning through delivery and follow‑up. The ideal candidate is highly organized, calm under pressure, people‑centered, and comfortable managing live environments with multiple moving parts.
