Senior Designer
Location: Stockport, SK7
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday–Friday
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am–3:00pm
Reports To: Design Manager
Role Overview
As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for managing projects from design release through to handover for procurement and production. You will work closely with the Contracts Manager while receiving technical guidance from the Design Manager.
The role requires producing accurate, buildable, and compliant designs while responding effectively to client changes and project demands.
Key Responsibilities
Produce construction and fabrication drawings.
Record and issue RFIs.
Attend design team meetings and design reviews as required.
Prepare accurate Bills of Materials (BoMs) for projects.
Log daily time allocations using internal systems.
Produce site and fixing schedules/lists.
