Roles & Responsibilities
- As first point of contact for day-to-day communication with Facultative accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.
- Develop and communicate an understanding of client businesses, research on industry issues.
- Work with the Actuarial and Analytics Department and create a narrative to secure optimal solution for the clients.
- Collect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to the Senior Management offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.
- Acquire fluency in the Company's various service offerings and market trends to enrich work performed and develop sales capabilities.
