Job Description
This successful Family Law Team is currently recruiting a Senior Solicitor to be involved in a variety of family law matters. You will be involved in a range of work which will include child law cases and complex high value divorce / dissolution. Some of your duties will include:
Providing advice to clients on financial provision upon separation and divorce and acting for clients in child related matters including residence and contact disputes child relocation applications and child abduction petitions.Drafting financial settlement agreements, pre and post nuptial and cohabitation agreements.Drafting pleadings and conducting advocacy in sheriff court litigation.
