Senior Field Associate responsible for ensuring the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by maintaining elevators and escalator units in the Singapore territory.
Responsibilities- Carry out all maintenance and service visits of the elevator units within the territory.
- Manage the portfolio of elevators in the defined geographical area.
- Respond proactively and quickly to breakdowns, aiming to achieve first‑time fix.
- Carry out minor repairs to maintain continuous operation.
- Liaise directly with customers on site to build a good working relationship.
- Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in Technical education.
