Job Description
We are currently looking for a Senior Auto Damage Appraiser (Road Appraiser) to service the New Brunswick region.
What you’ll do:
- Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare complete, competitive auto repair estimates and communicate repair estimate information to customers, repair facilities and claim representatives as required.
- Negotiate with repair facilities on repair plan processes.
- Re‑inspect repaired vehicles for quality of service and cost control measures.
- Evaluate the actual value of vehicles declared a total loss and take proactive steps to control storage and rental vehicle costs.
- Adhere to dispatch needs and fulfill claim investigation and resolution in the field.
- Report fraudulent claims to senior supervisor.
- Hours of operation can include evenings, weekends and statutory holidays.
