Job Purpose
Responsible for the operation and maintenance of all passive network installed and for management of all site services contractors, suppliers, and partners, within the assigned region. Regional coordination of all site services issues and overall management of all Service Level Standards in the region.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a maintenance management system for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of passive network infrastructure.
- Ensures that maintenance teams are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
- Initiate and carry out projects that improve efficiency and/or reduce operating costs.
