We are seeking a Senior / Lead Field Services Technician with hands‑on payment terminal field experience to support merchant operations while providing guidance and support to technicians in the field.
This role is suited for someone experienced, steady, and hands‑on - comfortable working on‑site and helping the team maintain consistent service quality.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on‑site support to merchants, including installation, maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of payment terminals
